1. Our commitment
TufKo Ltd is committed to making its website and digital services accessible to as many people as reasonably possible.
We aim to design and maintain the website with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
2. What users should be able to do
Our aim is that users can:
- navigate the website using a keyboard;
- use the website with common screen-reading technology;
- zoom and resize text without losing important content;
- understand headings, links, buttons and form labels;
- read content with sufficient colour contrast;
- use the website on desktop, tablet and mobile devices;
- avoid unnecessary animation or motion;
- receive clear feedback when completing forms.
3. Current development status
The TufKo website and portals are under active development. Some features, documents or third-party components may not yet meet our intended accessibility standard.
We will review accessibility as new public pages, forms, reports and authenticated portal features are introduced.
4. Known limitations
Potential limitations may include:
- older or externally supplied PDF documents;
- photographs or diagrams awaiting complete text alternatives;
- third-party services outside TufKo's direct control;
- early preview versions of customer or contractor portals.
This section will be updated when formal accessibility testing has been completed and specific issues have been identified.
5. Alternative formats and reasonable adjustments
Where reasonably possible, TufKo will provide information in an alternative accessible format or make a reasonable adjustment when a disability creates a substantial barrier to accessing a service.
Requests can be submitted through the website contact form. Please describe the information or service required and the format or adjustment that would help.
6. Reporting an accessibility problem
If you encounter an accessibility problem, please use the website contact form and include:
- the page or feature affected;
- a description of the problem;
- the device, browser or assistive technology used;
- the format or adjustment requested, where applicable.
7. Review process
We will review this statement as the website develops and after material changes to navigation, forms, reports or portal functionality.
